Source

I can't find any NEUTRAL source from which these "facts" were supposedly taken. Please cite the sources, or remove the image. Corporal punishement IS banned in French schools, any infringment resulting in a suspension. (Although it my not be a LAW, but rather an education ministry rule, it could be described as "not outlawed but banned in practice") This map and the choice of colours seem more like an attempt to present the French (and Czech) as a bunch of slap-happy child abusers than to inform anyone. I suggest its removal until a credible source is cited.--Corentinoger (talk) 17:33, 17 November 2009 (UTC)

color scheme - POV?

Here's a quick cross-reference to another talk page where I have made a comment relating to this image: File talk:World homosexuality laws.svg#color scheme - POV? — Alan 00:55, 3 January 2009 (UTC)

Geographic Europe?

Why is Anatolia coloured while transuralic Russia is left grey? In other words, the Asiatic parts of Russia are excluded while Asiatic Turkey is admitted. Albrecht (talk) 23:46, 11 May 2009 (UTC)

Really. СЛУЖБА (talk) 09:25, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
This graphs is about countries not continents so either both Turkey & Russia should be completely included or taken out. --ArazZeynili (talk) 08:39, 7 December 2011 (UTC)

UK restores school CP.

CP at schools in the Czech Republic

As Czech, I would like to inform you that CP HAS BEEN BANNED IN THE CZECH SCHOOLS MORE THAN 65 YEARS AGO. It was occasionaly used until 1990, though, because teachers used to have high authority and it was unheard of to bring cases like these to the court. After 1990 (Velvet Revolution) ban of CP in Czech schools has been strictly enforced. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.24.66.210 (talk) 15:57, 21 February 2011 (UTC)

Outdated

A new image needs uploading. Corporal punishment was banned in both schools and in the home in the UK in October 2011. I must make sure my mum knows that, because she has a very, very, very, 8 more verys, very bad habit of smacking my sister and I. Pdiddyjr (talk) 19:27, 20 January 2012 (UTC)

France changes colour

I saw this photo linked on a web-page where France was red (not prohibited in home or school) but when I click to see the original photo, France changes colour to blue. Something is wrong. 174.115.112.134 (talk) 04:06, 11 June 2012 (UTC)

Where is Kosovo?

The Republic of Kosovo is an independent nation since 2008 and most European countries (and most of NATO and EU members) recognize it as such. It should be, at least, shown as a dotted line at its borders and not in the same colour scheme than Serbia.--MaGioZal (talk) 20:43, 14 July 2014 (UTC)
