The result was to delete the image.

Picture taken during construction. No other known fairuse images excist

Since the building exists, it could be photographed, and that photo could be freely licensed. Thus it is replaceable and fails our non-free content policy. – Quadell (talk) (random) 19:10, 8 June 2007 (UTC)

On appeal

Regarding the above, I have since been convinced that this image could be used to show the building's construction, and it would therefore pass our non-free content guidelines in this very narrow usage. I have therefore restored the image. – Quadell (talk) (random) 12:16, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
