Fair use rationale for Tom Kemp
This image, Kemp, Tom.jpg (cropped from a screen capture made by Jonesy702 (talk • contribs)), is being linked here; though the picture is copyright © to the BBC, I Jonesy702 (talk • contribs) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:
- The image is a low-resolution copy of a television screen capture;
- The image is being used for informational purposes about Tom Kemp, from the television programme Match of the Day;
- No more free alternative exists;
- The use of the image in these articles will have no effect on the BBC's commercial use of the image in question.
