The result was to delete the image.

This is a good pictture and even though it is copyrighted , the image is availabel for public use , the website says it is available for usage in promotion articles --Roaring Siren (talk) 18:51, 29 March 2008 (UTC)

A) The use on WP shouldn't be for promotional articles

B) I can't find any such statement on the site
