{{Replaceable fair use disputed |the source is http://www.ici.ro/romania/ro/turism/ut_amfiteatru.html - please check the phrase "The site has as unique purpose to promote in the world the image of Romania,..." on the sorce's site's info page http://www.ici.ro/romania/en/info.html }} --User:Thrakian065 03:06, 21 December 2006

That's not really what the criterion is about. The question isn't one of permission - it's one of replaceability. In other words, is this thing still around and could someone go take a photograph of it? Obviously, if they could, it's replaceable. BigDT 03:09, 21 December 2006 (UTC)

Second reason is that the picture shows a particular moment in time of the restauration of a historical archaeological site Thrakian065 03:13, 21 December 2006 (UTC)

That moment above is unique, in the past, and replaceable only if the lawyers have a time machine. Pls keep it. Thrakian065 03:16, 21 December 2006 (UTC)

If the location depicted still exists and has not been significantly altered since the photograph in question was taken then a free image could be created. --Oden 03:26, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
