I must say, I can't believe that I've ever seen a template with this high a proportion of redlinks. Not sure that it even should be used. Unschool (talk) 02:37, 1 February 2008 (UTC)

I think it might be more helpful to change it to Template:History of slavery in North America.Harrypotter (talk) 01:10, 21 August 2010 (UTC)

Removing the section heading 'Topics'

Can't figure out the code to do that and keep coming up with a truncated template, please give it a try. The 'Topics' section-title seems unneeded and removing it would add wider horizontal template space. Thanks. Randy Kryn (talk) 12:24, 24 June 2021 (UTC)

Note that column 2 is sorted vertically (the subheadings under topics), but column one is not. I think that's a misrake but don't know how to fix it myself. deisenbe (talk) 13:33, 24 June 2021 (UTC)
Thanks. Removed the vertical coding which at least centered the word 'Topics', but subsequent fiddling with the coding shows nothing underneath the 'History' section. Randy Kryn (talk) 14:05, 24 June 2021 (UTC)

I can't figure out how or I would just do it boldly but I propose removing the following redlinks, which is not to say that they couldn't be added back later but I would argue in most cases they are superfluous to the point and I think distracting to the point of undermining the value of the template. thoughts?
